You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will have full access to the record pool until the end of your billing cycle.
* You must cancel at least 48 hours prior to the "next billing date" shown on your account billing page to avoid renewal charges. Cancelations submitted after this deadline are not guaranteed to be processed for the current billing cycle - in such cases, you will be charged for the upcoming term, and your cancellation will take effect at the end of that term.
* Cancelations occurring after failed renewal payments (declined card, insufficient funds, etc.) will not be processed until the next billing cycle - you will be charged for the upcoming term, and your cancellation will take effect at the end of that term.
PayPal users: do not cancel your subscription directly through PayPal. To avoid account issues, cancellations must be completed directly on DJcity’s website. If you experience any problems, contact DJcity Support for assistance.
To cancel your subscription, log in to your DJcity account and navigate to the "Subscriptions" link by clicking your name in the top-right corner of the page.
Click the "BILLING" link in the middle of the page.
Click the "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION" button.
Complete the short survey.
Ensure that you've completed the survey and click the "SUBMIT" button.
The final step is to confirm your cancellation by clicking the "YES, CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION" button.
You will see a confirmation message in the upper right corner and the date when your access to the record pool will end in the middle of the page. If you change your mind and want to undo the subscription cancellation, click the "REACTIVATE SUBSCRIPTION" button.
